Serving Jesus is the best work around.
Ministry is a lot of things. It can range from mopping the floor, to teaching a lesson, to simply being a friend. And although many times it is challenging, it is the most rewarding work on the planet.
Sometimes, as ministry leaders, you’ll have a lot of support. And sometimes you’ll have a lack of resources, time, and help.
In addition, there are times that you will flourish. And times will come when He calls you to be faithful and not necessarily “successful.” There are others when you will fall short and tire out.
Today, I’m here to tell you that it’s okay. All of it.
He sees you. All of you. Your past mistakes, your current state, your successes and failures, and what’s to come. You see, that’s what makes His love so rich.
The messy, hard, beautiful work that you do doesn’t go unseen. The people that you serve may not see it. But Jesus sure does.

I am so thankful for His love. As His child—one who messes up daily—I’m thankful for His grace, mercy, and His amazing ability to not hold grudges. Certainly, I’m beyond thankful for His dominion.
I do what I do, because of the grace of God. And my hope is that we, at Ministry Spark, can support you while you do what you do—helping people come to love, know, and follow Jesus.

At Ministry Spark, we see you too. We get it.
Many of our team members are ministry leaders, volunteers, and Sunday school teachers ourselves. That is to say, we all support the greater church in some capacity. And we see you.
Therefore, it is our hope to come alongside you in the excitement, in the mess, in the hardships—whatever time it is that you are facing.
We want to encourage you and build you up in God’s truth. What’s more, we want to give you access to fun, free resources too!

Sometimes following Jesus looks like scrubbing marker off the wall—and sometimes it’s throwing a hyped-up, action-packed event for your kids. In both of these situations and countless others, He says follow Me.
So if we could affirm you in one thing, it’s that our precious Savior will never leave you or forsake you. He is with us to the end! Therefore, we rejoice!
