Randy Isola

Randy Isola has more than 3 decades of experience pastoring in kids, youth, and family ministries. As the Next Generation Pastor at Christ Community Church in Chicago, Randy provides strategic leadership across five campuses for nursery through high school. With a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Wheaton College, Randy also serves as an associate on the NextGen team at Slingshot. He and his wife Michelle grew up attending church together in Chicago, were married in 1994 and have 4 sons. Randy likes to hang out with his family, watch sports, and let his dog on the couch when his wife isn’t around.
