Jeff Mattson, MA ORGL, and Terra Mattson, MA LPC, LMFT, are a husband and wife team who have been advocating for healthy leadership for two decades. As founders of Living Wholehearted and Courageous Girls, Jeff, an executive leadership coach and organizational development consultant, and Terra, a licensed marriage and family therapist and clinical director, are authors, podcasters, social-entrepreneurs, and parenting two daughters. Terra is the author of Courageous: Being Daughters Rooted In Grace and together they co-authored, Shrinking the Integrity Gap: Between what Leaders Preach and Live (David C. Cook, 2020). With over two decades working with leaders, their families and org teams, including pastoral ministry, Jeff and Terra are passionate and skilled in helping leaders live with integrity in the home, work and community. They bring a unique blend of expertise, integrating biblical, clinical, and relational wisdom rooted in trauma-informed neuroscience, spiritual formation, leadership and organizational development.
